Debian: prelude-manager-1.0.1 MySQL-5.5 fix

the database-script of the Debian package prelude-manager_1.0.1-3.1_amd64.deb is currently not compatible with MySQL 5.5.
For this reason the the dbconfig-job during the installation fails and the prelude-database doesn´t gets populated.
You may receive the following error 'syntax to use near 'TYPE=InnoDB' at line 4'

the reason for this is, that MySQL 5.5 is not accepting "TYPE=InnoDB" but requires "ENGINE=InnoDB"

here is a workaround for this issue:

1. create an empty directory like "temp" for example and change to it
2. extract the contents of the deb-archiv:
     ar vx /var/cache/apt/archives/prelude-manager_1.0.1-3.1_amd64.deb
3. extract data.tar.gz
     tar xvfz data.tar.gz
4. edit the mysql-script and replace all TYPE=InnoDB with ENGINE=InnoDB
     nano ./usr/share/dbconfig-common/data/prelude-manager/install/mysql
5. run the database script and populate the existing prelude-database
     mysql < ./usr/share/dbconfig-common/data/prelude-manager/install/mysql -p --database=prelude

everything should be fine now.
